Contributions:While creating Python is considered his greatest accomplishment, it is not the only thing Van Rossum has done to contribute to the computer science community. He created an early web browser called Grail and helped develop the ABC programming language.
Academic events: Guido Van Rossum was born and grew up in the Netherlands. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 1982 with a masters in computer science and mathematics.
